Installation
============

This installation works is a full version only. You must uninstall any previous versions of RenderWare Studio.

To install RenderWare Studio:
-----------------------------

Run Setup.exe to start the InstallShield wizard.

Follow the instructions choosing the default setup where possible.

The installer will if necessary install a version of the Microsoft XML service pack that RenderWare Studio needs to read the game definition files.

The "Typical" install contains all the example files, if you don't need these choose the "Compact" install.

The installer will allow you to install a version of Acrobat Reader, which is needed to read some of the documentation.

The install is supplied with a trial license for 10 days. If you have previouly had RenderWare Studio installed then your existing license file will be retained, but you will need a valid license for this version. You can apply for a full license from http://support.renderware.com/licencing.

The installation will copy the executables and create a RenderWare Studio Program menu entry for RenderWare Studio and associated programs and documentation.

At the end of the installation you will be given the option to run RenderWare Studio.
